  • Yes, to ensure the safety of our employees, we've had to temporarily extend our delivery timeframes. It can take up to 5 business days to fulfill and ship your order. We thank you in advance for your patience. 

  • Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive. If you have yet to receive your order confirmation after 24 hours, please reach out to support at customerservice@kimchichicbeauty.com.

    OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: For overnight shipping, orders must be placed by 9am PST Monday-Friday and will be shipped out the following business day (note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). Any orders placed on Friday-Sunday will have their packages shipped out on the following Tuesday. Note that holidays are excluded. Business days are from Monday-Friday.

    All international orders are subject to customs, duty, and all import fees as defined by the country of import. Customs, duty, and all import fees are not included in your KimChi Chic Beauty order and/or shipping total. KimChi Chic Beauty is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
