This sweepstakes is sponsored by Bespoke Beauty Brands, LLC d b a KimChiChic Beauty, located at 3260 Skyway Circle North, Irving Texas 75038, United States (“Sponsor”).

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

The sweepstakes is conducted on a recurring monthly basis. Each entry period begins on the first day of the calendar month at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on the last day of the calendar month at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Entry Period”).
Entries are valid only for the Entry Period in which they are received and do not carry over to subsequent Entry Periods.

Method 1: Leave a Review
During the entry period, submit an honest review of any KimChiChic Beauty product on the website. Each qualifying review counts as one entry.

Method 2: Social Post
During the entry period, post content featuring KimChiChic Beauty on Instagram and tag @kimchichicbeauty. Each tagged post counts as one entry.

Method 3: No Purchase Necessary
During the entry period, send an email to sweepstakes@kimchichicbeauty.com with the subject line “KimChiChic Sweepstakes Entry” and include your full name, email address, city and state of residence. Each valid submission counts as one entry.

Limit 2 entries per person per Entry Period, regardless of method of entry.
Use of multiple identities, accounts, or devices to exceed entry limits may result in
disqualification.

One winner will be selected each Entry Period in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The drawing will be conducted on or about 12:00 PM Pacific Time on the last Friday of each month.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

One prize will be awarded per Entry Period, consisting of $300 USD cash or cash equivalent, as determined by Sponsor.
The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Sponsor may issue a Form 1099 if required by law.

The winner will be notified via email within five days of selection and must respond within 10 days to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within the required time period, an alternate winner may be selected.
The winner may be announced on Instagram Stories at @kimchichicbeauty on the Friday following winner selection.

By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, social media handle,
likeness, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Entrants agree that all reviews and content must reflect their honest opinions and experiences. Entry into the sweepstakes is not conditioned on submitting a positive review.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of
Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates,
employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

To request the name of the winner, send an email to sweepstakes@kimchichicbeauty.com within 30 days following the end of the applicable Entry Period.
